Online booking offered a 45 minute wait appointment at a booked time which was not achievable. The online booking process hadn't accommodated a manufacturer recall. Call centres are hopeless when you need to speak to the service centre. Unhappy

The services good but the new rear brake pads were a rip-off, as I could have had them fitted elsewhere for half the price but I was told if I did so it would invalidate the warranty so I did but next time I will go elsewhere
