Basics done well thank you. Pricing seems to vary between the central call centre and dealership. I asked for a quote for potential work that had been highlighted during a past visit and was surprised it to four hours or so to provide one.

I was very satisfied with the wonderful receptionist on the day and all her support, especially as head office at Matt top with the booking. She was brilliant from start to finish.

Grest Customer Service from James McGuire as always. My only disappointment would be that whilst its a free offering to wash and vacuum my car it was washed but not vacumed but James kindly removed a bird deposit when i arrived.

The faults were fixed. The video of the vehicle check is next level. The offer to valet the car is a great addition.
